Workflow HOA is a IT service and solution specifically designed for HOA and property managers. Our service includes fully automating and integrating AI and solutions like Salesforce, GSuite, or Microsoft products based on your company needs. We also are on the forefront of prompt engineering with tools like ChatGPT and IoT products.
Are you able to start a project immediately?
We would start on a discovery and onboarding within the first three weeks of engaging. Once we fully determine the proper solution we will present a strategy and implementation plan and schedule out the work and trainings.
What is your pricing model?
Each of our solutions has the same discovery costs since we believe in an interactive retreat method of gathering information. Once the discovery costs are paid, each solution is priced differently and could include an implementation, training, and maintenance cost.
Where do you work?
We work all across the country, and can conduct discovery sessions remotely or in-person for an additional fee. Once a implementation plan is approved we will work remotely to execute.

We work with Salesforce and Hubspot, along with our proprietary CRM called FunnelWhirl. We also work well with almost all property management software.

We are constantly educating ourselves on all of the new solutions, and systems that could be curated for the property management and HOA management industry.
